Do you have an archive of old webinars I can listen to?

Yes! Webinars that aired before January 1, 2008 are archived on the Complete 2007 Webinar Library, which you can purchase at our store for $249. This is a 10 DVD set that includes over 30 hours of instructional content.

My sound isn't working - help!

The most common issues encountered are audio related. Be sure all firewalls and virus scans are turned off. Enable popups and adjust your speakers. If you cannot receive audio, log off the meeting and re-enter to reset the audio. If all else fails, contact WebEx support at (866) 229-3239.

How do I ask questions during a live webinar?

The question and answer box is located directly on your WebEx screen. You may ask questions and submit comments at any time during the webinar. We will answer as many of these as possible during the seminar.
